The opening night for the Triennial last Thursday went off with a bang. Held at Shed 6 for the first time, the magnificent industrial space created an amazing backdrop to the celebrations. Showers, umbrellas, firey torches, Kapa Haka and Japanese drumming performances, art, artists and art lovers all came together in an event I’m sure many are still talking about.
